Educated at Clifton High School in Bristol, Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh and L’Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Lille, I have an honours degree in International Business with French and Spanish. My training was with Lloyds Banking Group, on their graduate management programme involving placements within commercial, retail and offshore banking. I then worked through junior and middle management positions before being appointed to senior management in the South West of England.
Joining the family business in 2000 was a tremendous opportunity and also a huge privilege. I can genuinely say that I love what I do, developing our customer base and maintaining longstanding business relationships. I am immensely proud of the strong reputation we have built in the market, being known for looking after our customers in an open, friendly and professional manner whilst also delivering exemplary customer service.
On a personal note, my husband Neil and I have two sons, Alexander and Cameron. We thrive on the fun and chaos that family life brings, and enjoy spending time together, whether it is on the golf course, or in front of a movie.
